Who am I?
I am a doer. I simply must make things happen.
I am a leader. I love building teams and guiding them to success, and when something absolutely, positively has to be done right, I am the person you want to own it.
I am driven. I seek new challenges and I love getting my hands dirty. I will never be described as "hands-off," and I like it that way.
I am fun. I enjoy working and use humor to build consensus and team unity. Most of all, I know how to balance the goal and the journey.
These are the assets that have driven my career and motivated my work for WebMD, Shop At Home, Jewelry Television, and now my own Management Consulting firm.
