When you ask the assistant on this site a question or use the fit check, your question and its answer are saved with a random session ID, the time, and the page you were on, so the site owner can see what people ask and improve the answers. Please don't include personal information.
Questions are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate answers. IP addresses are not stored with your questions. If you use the contact form, the site owner receives what you entered (and your conversation, if you chose to include it) so they can reply. Booking is handled by the booking service under its own privacy policy.
When you send a message, you get a short confirmation email, and Claude (Anthropic's AI) uses your message to draft a reply that the site owner reads and edits before anything is sent. Before a booked call, the booking details and anything you sent through this site are used the same way to prepare a short brief for the site owner. Nothing is sent to you automatically except the confirmation.
Questions and answers are kept for up to 12 months. To ask what's stored or to have it deleted, use the email address in the site footer.
