This site is run by Travis Bright and RM Consulting LLC (Brentwood, Tennessee, USA). Here's what happens to what you share.

Questions to Key

When you ask Key (the assistant on this site) a question or use the Fit check, your question and Key's answer are saved, along with a random session ID, the time, and the page you were on. That's so Travis can see what people ask and improve Key's answers. Please don't include personal information in your questions.

Your questions are sent to Anthropic, the company that makes the Claude AI model Key runs on, to generate the answer. IP addresses are not stored with your questions.

Forms and booking

If you send a note or use Ask Travis, Travis receives what you entered (and your conversation with Key, if you chose to include it) so he can reply. Booking a call is handled by Calendly under its own privacy policy.

When you send a message, you get a short confirmation email, and Claude (Anthropic's AI) uses your message to draft a reply that Travis reads and edits before anything is sent. Before a booked call, the booking details and anything you sent through this site are used the same way to prepare a short brief for Travis. Nothing is sent to you automatically except the confirmation.

How long it's kept

Questions and answers are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted. No third-party advertising or tracking scripts run on this site.
