A dev team that hadn't shipped in six months
When Conquer acquired Full Circle Insights, its development team hadn't shipped anything in six months.
The problem
Full Circle Insights (FCI), a Salesforce-native software company, had no structured release cadence and a backlog full of one-off requests for individual customers. The product had drifted into bespoke work, and the features most customers wanted kept waiting.
What I did
I started with discovery: learning the products, interviewing customers about features and support, and taking a hard look at how the team's workflow actually ran. The plan came out of that: daily standups, a monthly sprint and release cycle, and a backlog cut down to what customers actually needed. Anything that didn't drive revenue or help more than one customer got deprioritized. I also took over release management and QA for all three of FCI's Salesforce packages.
What changed
Three weeks after we put the plan in place, the team was shipping monthly. Within two months it was releasing features customers had been asking for for years. We followed that with a full UX redesign customers had wanted for a long time, and reworked customer service to be more responsive.
